A mysterious city marked by paranormal events, where the story is set. 

A traditional farmhouse on the outskirts of Harem, quite isolated from other houses. At the time of the story, it is covered in snow, as are the surrounding trees and nearby forest. 

With pale indigo tones, it has a sparse and cold appearance, with few signs of domestic disorder. There are no piles of objects or overly decorated walls. The layout of the room, with a long central desk and ample empty spaces, gives it a liminal quality. 

Characterized by an opening in the ceiling through which fresh hay is dropped. Beside the enclosure are movable metal dividers and a lower area where milking is supervised, and where automatic milkers are attached and removed. 

A large, slender wooden chalet, clearly visible from Koya's house windows as it sits just down the hill. 

An old tool shed located on the edge of the forest, far from the village. This is where Koya and Qia have their romantic rendezvous. It is an abandoned wooden structure, perhaps an old ski storage area, with frayed nets on the walls and wooden planks gnawed by woodworms. 

A single arched window, a chaise longue, and a wooden astronomical clock, to which the characters' costumes are styled. 

A vast and silent space with gothic, monumental architecture, distinct from the rustic buildings of the village. The light inside is cold and pale. 

Perpetually shrouded in mist, the finely decorated gravestones are spaced apart. 

Mountain settings, featuring not only dirt trails but also paved roads and urban signage.
